Orders

Your counterpart for all orders is MRP srl – Via Henry Dunant, 49 – 46040 Guidizzolo MANTOVA Italia. Orders are accepted only if transmitted in writing, fax, mail or online. The customer who sends an order will receive the communication at the end of the procedure by e-mail that the order has been received and confirmed.

The confirmation will contain all customer data, all product data ordered, and the order number.

The order is to be understood received, confirmed and valid, only after the receipt of the mail from MRP, if you do not receive this communication, the order is to be understood not accepted, for all purposes of law.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw for any reason. To exercise this right must send a written communication to MRP srl, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

– The purchased product must be intact and returned in the package original, complete with accessories.

– The product must not be used even partially.

– Return shipping, until receipt by MRP, is under the complete customer responsibility.

MRP will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned products, deducting any expenses for the restoration of any damage found to the returned products.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost due to lack of the condition essential product integrity, in this case MRP will provide return the product to the customer, charging him the costs of shipment.

PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY

As a rule, MRP undertakes to send all the products indicated on our site as available, within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation. However, we can not guarantee precise compliance of this indication, as the availability of the products is subject to online orders that can change the status quickly and unpredictable.

In case of non-availability of goods, the customer will be promptly informed.

WARRANTY

All our products are covered by MRP Warranty, the customer is required to make immediate verification of the products, to identify any defects in materials, manufacture or damage caused by transport. The client has the legal obligation to inform about any defect found on the products, so that to be agreed directly with MRP le actions to be taken.

DATA PROCESSING

Pursuant to and by effect of the law 31 December 1996 n.675, which protects the confidentiality of personal data, MRP informs customers that data provided at the time of registration will be used exclusively to process your order and any technical updates e commercial.

The customer has the right to request cancellation or cancellation correction of data held by MRP.

PRICES AND CURRENCIES

All prices included in the MRP site are inclusive of VAT. For the extra Cee customers, identified at the time of registration, the price applied will be reduced by removing the VAT amount.

Prices can be changed at any time, without obligation any notice from MRP.

Each customer can choose the currency of purchase among those available, the exchange rate between the Euro and the other currencies is determined by MRP, and may be changed at any time without notice.

TECHNICAL DATA

All technical data included in the MRP site can be changed to any time, without obligation of any notice from MRP.
